I can now deliver the exciting ( to me if no one else) news that Coffee,Castanets and Don Quixote, Coffee in Cuba , Masks of Venice and The Women from Crete are all  now available as  print books from Amazon, and in time from most other online retailers.  So far the production of these has given a pleasing impetus to sales.

Coffee,Castanets and Don Quixote has been a particular challenge. I employed professional help and it is, I think, a very impressive cover. The reactions to it have been very good. I have been very pleased by the numebr of people who know Spain who have commented favourably on it.

It now makes sense in commercial terms to produce these but inevitably they will still be considerably more expensive than the e-book versions. They  cost a little more than twice as much on average. There is a print version of "The Celebrity of Anders Hecht" available online and even second-hand ( at one stage it was being offered at a cost of $208.00 by a New York vendor. I`d love to know if anyone paid that and if so why). However, I`ll probably produce it again in a better copy. 

 I have been concerned with "Coffee , Castanets and Don Quixote" to ensure that print copies readily available on the Books4Spain website. Because of the sudden tragic death of its MD, Rod Younger. They are working hard at overcoming the difficulties and should soon be operating smoothly again.
